dc.description.abstract | New Zealand is a bi-cultural country which ensures culturally safe practices when adapting overseas models to include not only a European or Western perspective, but a Maori World view and framework of wellness. The Ministry of Education provides Wraparound services to high and complex needs youth and families. This presentation will review how they have incorporated a bi-cultural practice with practical examples into the National Wraparound Initiative’s Wraparound model. | |
